This is the house that Jay designed and built for himself. It has radiant floor heat in the acid-etched, concrete-slab basement. The wood floors are lyptus and the trim and cabinets are fir. The kitchen counter tops are also concrete. It has solar hot water panels on the roof and all the interior and exterior finishes are nontoxic and no VOC.
