This purpose of this remodel was to prepare the house for resale. The front shed porch was rebuilt with a new gable that better fits the character of the house. Two small bedrooms were gutted to create a master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The kitchen and downstairs bath were also completely redone. The new cabinets are oak. The original oak and fir floors and the fir stairs were refinished.
